The typical process is as follows:

1. Raw paper preparation: Raw paper from rolls is fed into the machine, undergoing preheating and tension control.
2. Corrugated forming: The corrugated structure is extruded through a single-sided corrugator.
3. Composite bonding: The face paper and backing paper are laminated into multi-layer cardboard using a double-faced machine.
4. Drying and setting: Curing the adhesive on a hot plate or in an oven.
5. Segmentation and embossing: The longitudinal cutting machine performs width segmentation, while the transverse cutting machine performs length cutting with embossing.
6. Printed slotted design: Printed patterns with slotted edges for easy folding.
7. Forming and Binding: Nailing or gluing the boxes to form the final carton.
8. Stack output: Automatic stacking and packaging of finished products.
