Temperature Control
The barrel gradually increases in temperature along the extrusion direction; the die temperature should be 5–10°C higher than the barrel.
Roller Temperature: Infeed roller> ejection roller, with deviation controlled within 5–10°C.
Roller Surface Requirements
Surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μm
Use copper blades for residue removal; hard steel blades are prohibited for scraping.
Screw Selection
Polyolefins: Mutated type, compression ratio (3–4):1
Amorphous plastics like ABS: Gradual type, compression ratio (1.6–2.5):1
Thickness Accuracy
High-end models require diagonal tolerance ≤ 3 mm.
