III, PVC WPC Door producrtion flow
The production process of wood-plastic composite doors (WPC doors) involves mixing wood powder, plastic, and additives, and then extruding them at high temperatures in a single process. The core of this process lies in three main stages: raw material mixing, high-temperature extrusion molding, and surface finishing. The entire process does not use glue, fundamentally avoiding the release of harmful substances such as formaldehyde.
