PAYMENT TERMS
30% of total amount to be paid by T/T as down payment. The balance (70% of total amount) to be paid before delivery by T/T or irrevocable L/C by payment (at sight).
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Delivery term: within 90 working days after receiving deposit. The goods can be shipped after receiving full amount.
WARRANTY TERMS
Warranty period is 12 months, which starts from the first day that machines running in the customers' workshop. Free charge service during warranty period. Out of warranty period, the seller still provides technical support and helps customers to solve any production issue. The seller also provide service for buying spare parts if buyer requires.
INSPECTION
After the machines ready, the seller should inform the buyer to do inspection. The seller will undertake the material cost when testing machines in sellers' factory. The machines will be delivered after customers are satisfied with the inspection.
INSTALLATION
The seller should send engineer to buyer's factory for machine installation and testing. Buyer should undertake all the costs for engineer (such as hotel, air tickets and fee of applying visa) and engineer salary 150 USD/day/engineer. If engineers can't go to customer's factory for machine installation, the seller should provide online video calling service to guide customer for machine installation and running.
