Double-Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line – Model 40–110mm (Standard Speed)
This extrusion line is specifically designed for the efficient production of high-quality double-wall corrugated pipes in the diameter range of 40mm to 110mm. Built for reliable, continuous industrial operation, it delivers stable output with excellent wall distribution and corrugation consistency.
The line is equipped with two extruder: 65/30 extruder and 65/33 extruder. Both extruders feature high-torque drives, advanced screw designs, and precise temperature control systems, ensuring stable processing of PE, PP materials.
The system is completed with a set of 72 pairs of high-precision cast iron corrugator molds, ensuring accurate profile formation, rapid heat transfer, and long service life. The molds are engineered for quick changeovers and minimal maintenance, allowing flexible production scheduling.
